  • Staff Placement

    Our staff are carefully selected. Each will have been interviewed, referenced, Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked to enhanced level and have successfully completed our comprehensive induction training programme before becoming eligible to work for Care Providers or our sister company Direct Nursing Associates (DNA).

    We supply temporary staff over large areas of southern England, especially London, Surrey, East and West Sussex, Middlesex, N.E. Hampshire, West Kent & South Hertfordshire. Our staff are based throughout these areas. We are approved by NHS Buying Solutions for supply to all UK NHS trusts.

    Domiciliary care is provided in South London and North Surrey, from Beckenham to Sutton and from Brixton to Reigate, including Croydon, Sutton, Tandridge and parts of Southwark and Lambeth.

    Individuals:

    We can supply staff to provide care within your home, to provide you with the care you need; whether it is bathing, washing and dressing, assisting with meal preparation, or even medical intervention.

    This seven days-a-week service can include night sits / cover, and is available:

  • Whether you are young or old
  • If you have Physical, Medical or Mental Health problems
  • If you need help with Personal / Nursing Care
  • Medical Assistance (e.g. Help with Dressings, Injections, Medication)
  • If you need to be escorted to Hospital for an appointment
  • If you need help with looking after a friend or relative
  • Help caring for someone, perhaps to have a holiday or a short break
  • If you just need help with the day to day living, washing and getting dressed
  • If you have a need for specialist help or intervention to maintain a good quality of life

    Staff Vacancies
    As a result of increasing volumes of work, we are always looking for good quality staff to work with Care Providers. Ideally you will have prior experience, although full training will be provided, and you will be expected to successfully complete our Induction Programme. Further training courses are provided on a regular basis, usually at our Bromley or Croydon offices, or at an alternative, convenient location.

    You will be expected to undertake a detailed interview and assessment process, for which we will need as much of following information as possible:
  • Valid passport and (if relevant) Home Office documentation showing your right to work
  • 2 passport photos
  • National Insurance number or proof of application
  • Two utility bills to verify your address
  • Bank or Building Society details (Payments are made directly into an account)
  • NMC statement of entry and valid pin card (nurses only)
  • Any relevant training & qualification certificates
  • Immunisation card (for health check - or we can arrange)
  • Details of two referees relevant to the area of work you are applying for
  • Valid driving licence & details of sufficent insurance (if relevant)

  • Staff Training
    The Care Providers group offers a variety of training courses for nurses and care staff, some of which are linked to Universities and Colleges of Further Education, and all are certified.
